Ensuring the local supply of raw materials, consumables and spare parts necessary for production

• Research, select and develop a network of reliable local suppliers
• Request, analyze and compare supplier offers and quotes
• Create and track purchase orders
• Check that the products received conform to the orders.
• Collaborating with the store, production, and management to anticipate needs
• Participate in optimizing purchasing costs and inventory management
• Update the tracking spreadsheets and supplier databases
• Ensure compliance with internal purchasing and supply procedures

Training in management, logistics, commerce or a similar field

• Desired experience in purchasing, procurement, or the industrial sector
• Good command of negotiation and communication techniques
• Ability to manage multiple suppliers and orders simultaneously
• My proficiency with computer tools and tracking spreadsheets
• Strong organizational skills, meticulousness, and responsiveness
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
