Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Support the local sales team with daily order processing and sales administration.
Coordinate with production and planning teams to ensure smooth and timely order execution.
Track order status and follow up on customer payments to maintain healthy cash flow.
Prepare and update commercial offers, arrange sample dispatches, and document customer communication.
Skills:
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Confident working cross-functionally with sales, production, logistics, and data teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; SAP or BI tools knowledge is a plus.
- Strong sense of ownership and commitment to completing tasks.
Desired Candidate Profile
2 to 4 years of experience in a sales coordination or similar commercial role.
A degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred, but relevant experience and results are valued more.
