Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective local sales strategies to achieve assigned targets
  • Manage and grow the local customer base while maintaining strong client relationships
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
  • Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team (if applicable)
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and sales standards.
