Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, volume, and margin targets

Own monthly and annual sales targets through consistent performance

Monitor sales results closely and take decisive actions where needed

Ensure disciplined execution across the full sales cycle

Oversee pricing integrity and ensure positioning is maintained

Ensure commercial issues are identified early, escalated clearly, and resolved decisively

Prepare accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and structured management updates

Track KPIs related to volume, revenue, margin, pricing, and customer performance

Ensure data accuracy and reporting discipline

Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and pricing dynamics

Monitor competitive positioning and identify threats and growth opportunities

Translate market intelligence into actionable sales strategies

Lead sales development in the local market with full commercial ownership

Identify and convert new business opportunities, expanding the customer base

Manage and grow strategic customer accounts

Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts

Conduct regular customer visits and market visits to maintain visibility and insight

Lead the local sales team with clear direction, structure, and accountability

Maintain a full overview of pipeline, performance, and execution across the team

Hold the team accountable for results, discipline, and reporting standards

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)

10+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the paper or packaging industry

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams

Excellent negotiation and communication skills in Arabic and English

Strong knowledge of CRM systems and Sales Management tools
