Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Checking and Responding to Emails Reviewing and replying to client and team emails at the start of the shift and throughout the day, addressing queries and keeping all stakeholders updated.
- Receiving and Analyzing Project Requirements Receiving project requests, analyzing client requirements (scope, language, and specifications), and planning accordingly.
- Task Assignment and Resource Coordination Assigning tasks to linguists or vendors based on project needs, confirming availability, and ensuring all team members are prepared.
- Project Management and Tracking Managing project timelines, budgets, tracking ongoing tasks, and adjusting plans to keep projects on schedule and aligned with client expectations.
- Quality Assurance (QA) and Final Checks Performing quality checks to verify the accuracy and consistency of deliverables, ensuring all client specifications are met.
- Preparing and Delivering Completed Files Finalizing and delivering files to clients by the deadline, confirming that all details meet quality standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
Must have qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- 0-1 year of experience in the field or a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written English
- Certificate and or knowledge including planning, budgeting, risk management, etc
- Solid understanding of CAT and QA Tools
- Knowledge of Localization services like MTPE, DTP, Media, Elearning, AI
- Basic knowledge of LE
