Key Responsibilities:

• Receive stocks in the system as per the purchase receipts confirmed by the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Verify incoming stock quantities and ensure proper inventory updates in the ERP/system.
• Monitor warehouse inventory levels and update accordingly.
• Coordinate stock replenishment from 3PL warehouses for moving stocks.
• Fulfil stock replenishment requests from showrooms.
• Support daily operations including delivery note and invoice creation.
• Assist in stock arrangement, labeling, and warehouse organization.
• Maintain accurate records of stock transfers and inventory transactions.
• Support day-to-day logistics and warehouse activities as assigned.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of warehouse and logistics operations.
• Experience in ERP/system stock handling is preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of delivery documentation and invoicing is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.

Preferred Experience:

• 1 2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or inventory coordination roles.
