Logistic Coordinator and driver SARYAT AL JABAL CONCRETE BLOCKS MANUFACTURING LLC

Job Summary:

We are seeking a responsible and organized Logistics Coordinator & 3-Ton Pickup Driver to manage daily dispatch operations, coordinate deliveries, supervise loading activities, and personally drive company vehicles when required.
The ideal candidate must have experience in building materials logistics and hold a valid UAE driving license

Key Responsibilities

Logistics Coordination

• Plan and schedule daily deliveries efficiently

• Assign delivery routes and optimize fuel/time usage

• Coordinate with customers regarding delivery timing

• Supervise loading and unloading of materials

• Ensure correct quantities are dispatched

• Monitor stock movement in coordination with storekeeper

• Maintain dispatch records and transport logs

• Coordinate with suppliers and transporters

Driving Responsibilities

• Operate 3-ton pickup safely across UAE

• Deliver building materials to project sites

• Ensure materials are properly secured before transport

• Obtain customer signature on delivery notes

• Follow traffic laws and company safety procedures

Warehouse & Yard Support

• Assist in organizing yard and storage areas

• Support inventory checking and stock counting

• Prevent material damage and wastage

• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards

Vehicle Maintenance

• Conduct daily vehicle inspection (oil, tires, brakes)

• Monitor fuel usage

• Report maintenance issues immediately

• Ensure vehicle registration and insurance are valid

  
  

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare and submit delivery notes

• Maintain trip reports and fuel logs

• Coordinate with accounts for invoicing alignment

• Maintain transport documentation
