Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with customer service regarding waiver issuance within the deadline.
  • Request Waivers from external agents within the deadline.
  • Daily tracking on all shipments loaded (ETA, ETD)
  • Daily reception/sending DHL at/from the office
  • Daily preparation for collection related to our clients to be sent to the banks
  • Bill of lading Issuance on shipping line websites within the deadline and make all the amendments requested by supplier service team
  • Daily updates for supplier service team regarding shipping line deadline
  • Follow up on shipping line payments with direct Supervisor

Requirements & Skills:

  • BA Degree in Transportation, Logistics & Distribution or similar.
  • 4 years plus of relevant experience
  • Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
