Job Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Executive to manage the end-to-end logistics operations for spare parts, including imports, exports, warehousing, and distribution. The role requires strong coordination with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure timely availability of parts, compliance with regulations, and continuous improvement in supply chain efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete logistics cycle of spare parts, including import, export, warehousing, and last-mile distribution.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs agents to ensure smooth clearance and on-time delivery.
  • Track and monitor shipments to guarantee timely availability of required spare parts.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in coordination with warehouse teams.
  • Optimize logistics processes to reduce costs, shorten lead times, and enhance service levels.
  • Ensure strict compliance with customs regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
  • Develop and sustain strong working relationships with vendors, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Generate regular reports on logistics performance, shipment delays, cost savings, and inventory movement.
  • Support after-sales and operations teams by ensuring timely availability of parts.
  • Identify and implement process improvement opportunities within logistics and supply chain workflows.

Qualification & Skills

  • Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in the automotive or spare parts industry.
  • Strong knowledge of import/export procedures, customs clearance, and freight forwarding.
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with vendors and partners.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
