Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and optimize warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods to minimize delays and costs.
  • Manage inventory accuracy by implementing and maintaining robust inventory control systems and conducting regular audits to prevent discrepancies.
  • Coordinate transportation and logistics activities, including route planning, carrier selection, and negotiation of favorable rates.
  • Supervise a team of logistics staff, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations to foster a productive and motivated work environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Holds a minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics, with a proven track record of managing warehouse operations and transportation.
  • Demonstrates expertise in inventory management, including experience with inventory control systems and cycle counting.
  • Has experience in the industry, preferably in manufacturing, retail, or e-commerce.
