Logistic Manager

The Aviation Logistics Manager is responsible for directing all logistics and supply chain management (SCM) activities supporting the ATSS program. This role provides strategic leadership in material management, distribution, performance reporting, and personnel development to ensure the sustained readiness of aviation assets. The manager will oversee logistics including Unit Supply, Petroleum, Oils & Lubricants (POL), Property Book Office (PBO), and other directed commodity functions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, contractual requirements, and mission needs.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of progressively responsible logistics/supply chain experience, with at least 3 5 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Certified Supply Chain Professional or Associate degree.
• Aviation or defense/military logistics background strongly preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems, military supply chain practices, or international procurement processes.
• Strong leadership, team-building, and personnel management skills.
• Expertise in inventory control, warehouse management, and requisition processes.
• Working knowledge of international freight forwarding, import/export compliance, and vendor management.
• Analytical ability to forecast demand, manage budgets, and optimize operations.
