Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee daily logistics operations with all related departments.
  • Manage and track shipments, and maintain accurate records of all logistics activities.
  • Communicate with Air and Sea Shipping Lines to book shipments as per the company's shipping schedule.
  • Doing comparisons among shipping lines and freight forwarders to get the best pricing in the market.
  • Prepare and process shipping documents, invoices, and customs paperwork as required.
  • Implement and maintain logistics procedures in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Analyze logistics data to identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain of Fresh and Frozen Fruits and Vegitables
  • Strong understanding of logistics processes, inventory management, and transportation coordination.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with customs regulations and shipping documentation is a plus.
