Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


  • To arrange any necessarily clearance documents needed by customs and customs brokers
  • Prepare, check, and submit all required documents (B/L, CI, PL,COO, etc.) before shipping and make a sure to match our requirementsbr> and coordinate closely with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs authorities.
  • Monitor and control transportation costs, negotiating contracts with carriers for best rates and services.
  • Conduct regular audits of logistics processes, documents and systems.br>


  • Bachelor s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business, or related field (preferred)
  • 2 5 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain operations.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of transportation regulations & customs & shipping practices.

    • Desired Candidate Profile


  • Responsible for customs procedures and registration requirements effectively on NAFEZA platform, including the ACID system ( Requesting ACID, getting 46 and resume all procedures to release the shipments
