Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Fresh graduates accepted (internship or coursework in export/logistics is a plus).
???? Language Skills
Strong English (spoken & written).
???? Computer Skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
???? Knowledge (Basic expected, even for fresh grads)
Understanding of Incoterms.
Awareness of shipping documents (B/L, invoice, packing list, COO).
Basic knowledge of the export process.
???? Soft Skills
Strong attention to detail.
Problem-solving mindset (able to handle vessel delays, BL discrepancies, etc.).
Analytical thinking.
Excellent communication skills (client-facing, email drafting, professional calls).
Desired Candidate Profile
Fresh graduates are welcome; preference for candidates with 1 2 years of experience or relevant internships.
