Key Responsibilities:

• Procurement Support & Supplier Management: Analyze international markets, manage RFQs, monitor delivery schedules, and support procurement decisions.
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain import documentation, verify HS codes, Incoterms, and customs compliance.
• Logistics Analytics & Reporting: Prepare monthly reports, forecast ETAs, and analyze logistics expenses.
• Process & System Improvement: Optimize supply chain models, integrate systems, and maintain logistics databases.
• Cross-Department Coordination: Liaise with warehouse, production, finance, and quality departments.
• Internal Logistics Control: Coordinate material movements, internal transfers, and ERP recording.
• Employee Transportation: Optimize routes, monitor schedules, and manage transport vendors.
• Financial & Performance Reporting: Track logistics costs, prepare KPIs, and analyze efficiency.
• Process Management & Compliance: Develop procedures, implement improvement projects, and maintain archives.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Proven experience in international and internal logistics.
• Strong knowledge of customs regulations, Incoterms, and import/export documentation.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
• ERP system experience preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
