Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor all inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Liaise with suppliers, transport companies, and internal departments to optimize logistics processes.
  • Prepare and maintain shipping documents, records, and reports in compliance with company policies.
  • Track inventory levels and assist in stock management to prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Resolve logistical issues and discrepancies, ensuring smooth workflow and minimal disruptions.
  • Support customs clearance processes by preparing necessary documentation and coordinating with relevant authorities.
  • Assist in the implementation of cost-effective transportation and distribution strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the logistics cycle.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
  • Provide regular updates to management on shipment status, inventory levels, and potential risks.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related discipline.
  • 0 to 1 year of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective coordination.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and logistics management software.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle unexpected challenges.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
