Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Demand Forecasting & Analysis: Build regional and time-slot-based supply-demand forecasting models based on historical data and market trends. Identify peak periods and potential supply gaps to proactively prepare supply plans.
2. Real-Time Monitoring & Operational Adjustment: Implement real-time dashboards to monitor live supply-demand balance. React quickly to fluctuations by reassigning zones and shifts dynamically. Dynamic resizing of delivery zones to protect service quality in core areas.
3. Proactively applies various analytical methods, combined with business understanding, to propose creative business optimization solutions, including but not limited to strategic operations plans, product iteration ideas, and business model improvements.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Fulfillment, and Data teams to execute operational strategies. Coordinate between 3PL partners and in-house fleets to adapt to real-time demand shocks.

Desired Candidate Profile
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 2-5 years of work experience in the internet/logistics/O2O (online-to-offline) industry. Experience with logistics operation, analysis, strategy, and data is preferred. Experience in food delivery companies is preferred.
2. Results-oriented, data-driven, with strong communication and resource integration capabilities.
3. Strong data analysis skills, with proficiency in using various data analysis tools.
4. Proficiency in English, and proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
