Coordinate and manage the end-to-end logistics process for inbound and outbound shipments.

Handle NAFEZA & NTRA accounts and proceed with ACID registration.

Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.

Prepare and maintain accurate shipping, customs, and inventory documentation.

Monitor and track shipments, proactively resolving any delays or issues.

Ensure compliance with all relevant import/export regulations and company policies.

Support the administration of logistics contracts and service agreements.

Manage the petty Cash and prepare monthly expenses report to the Accountants

Supervise the Office Boy at his ordinary work with monitor office supplies

Has decent knowledge on purchasing cycle and tracking Employees documents

Decent knowledge in marketing like, Updating LinkedIn Company s Page, Supervise any potential Company s events, award ceremonies Or Trainings at company s Show room.
