Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
u>Event Logistics Management:
- Coordinate transportation, equipment, and materials for on-ground events.
- Ensure timely delivery and setup of event assets.
- Collaborate with suppliers to optimize logistics processes and maintain strong vendor relationships.
u>Supplier Coordination:
- Liaise with suppliers to secure necessary materials and services for events.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure cost-effective and reliable logistics solutions.
u>Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align logistics with overall event goals.
- Provide support to various teams to enhance overall event execution.
u>Problem Resolution:
- Anticipate and address logistical challenges promptly during events.
- Implement effective solutions to ensure a seamless event experience.
Desired Candidate Profile
u>Qualifications:/u>
- Bachelor s degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in logistics coordination, preferably within the events or marketing industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate and mitigate challenges.
