Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Source and evaluate suppliers for materials, furniture, fixtures, and décor items.
Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules.
Prepare purchase orders and track deliveries.
Coordinate logistics, shipping, customs clearance, and site deliveries.
Monitor inventory and ensure optimal stock levels.
Build and maintain strong vendor relationships.
Collaborate with project, design, and finance teams for seamless operations.
Maintain procurement records and report on cost savings and delivery performance.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field. 2–5 years’ experience in purchasing/logistics (interior design, construction, or furniture industry preferred).
Strong negotiation, vendor management, and logistics coordination skills.
Knowledge of import/export documentation and customs procedures is a plus.
UAE Driving License – Mandatory.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Personal Attributes:
Detail-oriented and quality-focused.
Proactive problem solver with ability to handle pressure.
Strong teamwork and coordination skills
