Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinate receiving of raw materials and ensure accuracy with purchase orders.
Arrange movement of materials between warehouse and production lines.
Organize shipping and delivery of finished products to customers or installation sites.
Prepare and review shipping documents (delivery notes, loading lists, etc.).
Coordinate with production, warehouse, sales, and installation teams.
Monitor transportation schedules and resolve delivery issues.
Assist in inventory tracking and periodic stock counts.
Prepare basic logistics and shipping reports
Good organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Good knowledge of MS Excel.
Experience in furniture manufacturing is preferred
