Job Overview

The Kanoo Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join Kanoo Logistics in Abu Dhabi. The role is responsible for ensuring smooth coordination between operations and accounts, accurate billing processes, timely invoicing, and effective job file management. The ideal candidate will support operational efficiency by maintaining proper documentation flow, resolving billing discrepancies, and assisting with credit control activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all jobs are properly registered and controlled from acceptance stage to closure.

• Maintain and organize shipment-related documentation in job folders and electronic systems.

• Coordinate with operations teams for timely submission of complete job files for invoicing and closure.

• Liaise with vendors and outsourced accounting teams to ensure accurate invoice submission and resolve discrepancies.

• Enter billing details into the system for invoice generation.

• Review job cards prior to invoicing to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Support the invoicing team to ensure timely billing.

• Process credit note requests with the accounting team when required.

• Provide leave coverage for credit control functions, including invoice dispatch, payment follow-ups, and Statement of Accounts (SOA) circulation.

• Assist with periodic archiving of job files.

• Maintain professional communication with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

• Preparing of reports related to Accounts receivables.
