Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
CIS Group ICT Company located in Jal El Dib, is looking for an ambitious and motivated Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Process HP/HPE warranty & spare part orders
- Track international shipments, manage customs & invoicing
- Handle HP claims process
- Coordinate returns and ensure compliance with HP/HPE standards
- Maintain updated records, certifications, and support audits
- Handle the administrative work and prepare the requested reports
- Follow up on credit notes, labor reimbursements & renewal contract
- Approach and prospect new clients
- Analysis of HP reports KPI metrics to meet SLA
Skills
- BA in Business Administration
- 3 to 5 years of Experience in logistics
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong coordination & communication skills
- Detail-oriented
- Fluent in English and Arabic, French is a plus
