Job Description

* Managing LV and MV orders and logistics for all products.

* Handling order processing between customer and Egypt.

* Handling Order Processing between and the respective Manufacturing plants.

* Responsible for all contractual deliverables (Payables / Receivables).

* Logistics and shipping documentation management.

* Interaction with main manufacturing facilities both at a commercial and technical level.

* Customers follow up on status of contracts, and meetings with customers to discuss on-going activity when needed.

* Review / reporting of orders milestones performance indicators to orders.

* Re-negotiation of orders terms (e.g. delivery periods) with customer as required optimizing margin.

* Develop contractual monitoring metrics.

* Working with the Sales Team to ensure smooth handover of orders.

* Financial order management – recovery of payments and monitoring of outstanding debt.

* Handle the logistics and shipping activities of our 3rd party warehouse.

Requirements

* Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

* Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.

* Any internship or hands-on experience related to logistics or supply chain is a plus.

* Knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP (an advantage).

* Awareness of INCOTERMS and contractual / logistics terms and conditions.
