Roles & Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations.

  • Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements.
  • Communicate with suppliers, retailers, and customers to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction.
  • Ensure the accuracy of shipping and delivery schedules.
  • Maintain logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders, and other important logistics data.
  • Prepare accurate reports for upper management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems or processes, such as customer sales, order management, accounting, or shipping.

Proven experience as a logistics coordinator or similar role.

  • Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management.
  • Proficient in MS Office and logistics software prefer Odoo
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • A bachelor s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a relevant field is a plus.
