Coordinate and schedule air and sea shipments with carriers, freight forwarders, and transport partners.

• Prepare and review all shipping documents including invoices, packing lists, certificates, and customs paperwork.
• Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery, and take immediate action to resolve delays or issues.
• Ensure full compliance with international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of all shipments, freight rates, and logistics documentation.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on shipment status and freight costs.
• Assist in negotiating freight rates with freight forwarders and carriers.
• Handle freight claims and coordinate with relevant parties until issues are resolved.

Bachelor s degree in supply chain, Agriculture, Logistics, or a related field.

• 1 3 years of experience in supply chain, export operations, or related functions.
• Strong knowledge of export documentation, international compliance, and shipment procedures.
• Proficiency in ERP systems or supply chain management software.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
