Logistics Coordinator Almoosa Specialist Hospital

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all aspects of logistics including shipping, receiving, and transport scheduling.
• Monitor and track inventory movements and ensure timely delivery to internal and external customers.
• Prepare shipping documentation including packing lists, invoices, and bills of lading.
• Liaise with freight companies, customs brokers, and warehouse teams to ensure regulatory compliance and smooth delivery.
• Resolve delays, damaged goods, or inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare logistics reports.
• Support continuous improvement in logistics efficiency and cost reduction.
• Ensure adherence to safety, legal, and regulatory standards.
• Provide personalized coordinated care, and support for staff and families.
• Treat people with dignity, compassion, and respect.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• Certification in logistics or transportation management (preferred).

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

• From 0- 2 years of experience in logistics coordination, shipping, or supply chain operations.

SPECIALIZED SKILLS :

• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics management tools.
• Ability to handle documentation and multi-modal transport coordination
