Roles & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor the supply chain operations to ensure timely delivery of goods, optimizing routes and schedules for efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, including tracking numbers, delivery dates, and invoices, to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve any logistical challenges, ensuring smooth operations throughout the process.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and analysis to manage stock levels effectively and minimize excess or shortages.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, providing a strong foundation in industry principles.
  • 2+ years of experience in logistics coordination or freight management, demonstrating hands-on knowledge of supply chain processes.
  • Relevant certifications, such as Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM), to enhance expertise.
  • Experience in the specific industry of work, such as retail, manufacturing, or pharmaceuticals, ensuring familiarity with sector-specific logistics challenges.
