We are looking for an experienced Logistics Supervisor for our main contracting company in Dubai. Mandatory Requirements: Strong background in building construction (not other industries) Minimum 5 years of experience in the same role in Dubai. Degree or Diploma in a related field Responsibilities: Plan, manage, and monitor all logistics operations for construction sites Coordinate material deliveries, supplier schedules, and vehicle movements Ensure proper storage, handling, and distribution of materials Maintain material tracking (in/out records) and update site teams daily Handle documentation for deliveries, returns, and material transfers Manage manpower movement and site access Manage vehicle entry permits, gate passes, and delivery documentation Plan and control the movement of equipment such as cranes, forklifts, and boom loaders Monitor fuel usage and machinery hours, and report daily to site management Ensure all logistics activities comply with company HSE guidelines Prepare and maintain logistics reports for management
