Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to manage day-to-day logistics operations, ensuring smooth, timely, and cost-effective movement of goods. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The duties will include but not limited to:
Monitor and update daily ride downtime in the Technical Downtime Analysis report.
Assistant warehouse function, conducting inventory cycle counts, stock rotation, and updating inventory records.
Create purchase requisitions (PR) for shipping agents and coordinate with the procurement team for Purchase order issuance.
Preparing PowerPoint presentation for weekly technical meetings, including ride downtime analysis.
Prepare Weekly meeting minutes (MOM) ensuring accurate records of discussions, action and follow ups.
Manage Mobaro system downloading and saving daily, weekly, monthly, 3 months and 6-month checklist in the department shared folder.
Updating the Mobaro Daily, Weekly, monthly calendar sheet and scheduled calendar sheet.
Creating and deactivating Mobaro user account for new joiners and resigned staff.
Update and modify check list in Mobaro based on ride vendor feedback or operational changes.
Tracking and maintain check list revisions using the checklist revision tacker and KPI checklist tracker to ensure operational standards are met.
Coordinate with overseas ride vendor to ensure accurate preparation of shipping documents once spare parts ready for dispatch.
Request quotations from shipping agents upon documents readiness and award the most competitive quote.
Arrange work permit and gate passes for Ride and AV vendors/ suppliers to access the site.
Organize and file daily work orders according to each ride in the document control.
Desired Candidate Profile
3–4 years of experience in logistics/supply chain
Strong knowledge of shipping procedures and documentation
Familiar with Mobaro systems and MS Office
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
