� Experience Level: Fresher / Entry-Level What you’ll do:
✔️ Monitor & support daily dispatches across UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain & more
✔️ Track live shipments and provide real-time updates to clients
✔️ Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and clients for seamless operations over whatsapp/emails and calls
✔️ Maintain accurate trip logs and operational data
✔️ Support route planning & problem resolution in live scenarios
Desired Candidate Profile
Mental stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential to handle the demands of the logistics sector.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for effective collaboration with various stakeholders.
Proven problem-solving abilities will be essential to navigate unexpected challenges and develop efficient solutions.
A detail-oriented approach is critical to ensure accuracy in documentation and compliance with industry regulations.
