Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Your role
Shipment Coordination Manage inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy in scheduling, documentation, and delivery timelines.
Inventory Tracking Monitor stock levels, update records, and support warehouse teams to maintain accurate inventory data.
Vendor Communication Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and transport companies to resolve delays, discrepancies, or documentation issues.
Documentation Management Prepare and review shipping documents, customs paperwork, and internal reports.
Process Coordination Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics efficiency and reduce operational bottlenecks.
Cross Functional Support Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure seamless workflow.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s Degree In Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
English Fluency Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excel Proficiency Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are mandatory (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reporting).
Saudi Nationality This position is open to Saudi Nationals only.
