Hiring Logistics Coordinator | Dubai (DIC)
Quadri Pharma is currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join its operations team in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about logistics, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to support smooth supply chain and transportation activities across departments.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery.
Liaise with suppliers, transport partners, and external vendors to maintain efficient logistics flow.
Maintain accurate records related to logistics operations, inventory, and shipment tracking.
Assist in optimizing delivery routes and managing logistics-related costs.
Prepare and handle shipping documents, customs paperwork, and invoicing requirements.
Identify and resolve logistics issues proactively to avoid delays or disruptions.

Candidate Profile:
Educational background in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Prior exposure to logistics or transportation coordination is an advantage.
Working knowledge of ERP systems, logistics software, and MS Office applications.
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams and manage priorities effectively.
