Logistics Coordinator – Steel / Manufacturing Sobha Constructions LLC

Coordinate daily logistics and transportation activities for steel materials, rebar, structural steel, and related products.

Plan and monitor inbound and outbound deliveries to project sites, factories, and warehouses.

Coordinate with production, stores, procurement, and site teams for material dispatch schedules.

Prepare delivery schedules, gate passes, delivery notes, and transport documentation.

Track vehicle movement, loading/unloading activities, and ensure timely deliveries.

Liaise with transport vendors and drivers to optimize transportation efficiency.

Monitor inventory movement and update logistics records in ERP systems.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company logistics procedures.

Resolve delivery issues, transportation delays, and operational challenges promptly.

Maintain logistics reports, transportation costs, and dispatch records
