Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Assist in coordinating the end-to-end import logistics process for materials and equipment in Saudi Arabia, ensuring smooth operations.

  2. Handle customs clearance procedures for imported materials and equipment, and follow up on clearance status;

  3. Learn and stay updated on Saudi customs regulations and requirements; assist in preparing internal SOPs and support Chinese factories with container loading plans;

  4. Execute local outbound logistics for finished goods and track shipment progress;

  5. Liaise with and support external customs brokers and logistics service providers to ensure service quality.

  6. Assist in resolving issues during import and local delivery processes, and support the implementation of preventive and improvement measures.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Bachelor's or above in Logistics, International Trade, Supply Chain, or related fields;

  2. 2–3 years of experience in logistics or import/export operations; customs clearance experience is a plus;

  3. Basic understanding of international logistics processes and import/export procedures;

  4. Detail-oriented, with strong execution and communication skills; Good problem-solving abilities;

  5. Basic English communication skills required; Arabic is a plus.
