Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day logistics operations for a trading company

• Coordinate dispatch, delivery schedules, and shipment tracking

• Prepare and verify documents (Delivery Note, Invoice, Packing List, POD)

• Coordinate with transporters, drivers, suppliers, and internal teams

• Support warehouse activities: loading/unloading, stock movement & inventory updates

• Maintain delivery records, returns, and reports using Excel/ERP

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1–3 years experience in logistics/dispatch/warehouse

• Good communication & coordination skills

• Basic knowledge of Excel and logistics documentation
