Logistics Executive Universal Tobacco FZC

· Plan, coordinate, and monitor inbound and outbound logistics operations (air, sea, and land freight).

· Handle customs documentation, Freezone paperwork, and ensure compliance with UAE laws and regulations.

· Liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs officials, and transport companies for smooth cargo movement.

· Manage warehouse stock, inventory records, and arrange timely deliveries to customers.

· Monitor and optimize logistics costs, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising efficiency.

· Coordinate with internal departments (sales, procurement, accounts) for order processing and timely dispatch.

· Track shipments, resolve delays, and update stakeholders with accurate information.

· Prepare periodic reports on logistics performance, costs, and operational efficiency.

· Support vendor management and maintain strong relationships with third-party logistics providers.

· Ensure compliance with Fujairah Freezone Authority (FFZA) regulations and company policies.
