Roles & Responsibilities
1. Monitor rider activities online, identify and address abnormal behaviors, and provide phone guidance to enhance service quality.
2. Assist in collecting and responding to frequently asked questions from partners, coordinate with relevant departments, and document common Q&A to improve communication efficiency.
3. Participate in logistics experience improvement projects by providing data collection, processing, and analysis support to ensure smooth project execution.

1. Undergraduate student or full-time Master's/MBA student.
