Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods to meet deadlines.
- Manage and motivate warehouse staff, providing clear direction, training, and performance evaluations to foster a productive environment.
- Implement and maintain inventory control procedures, conducting regular audits and cycle counts to minimize discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
- Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams to optimize warehouse space utilization and streamline workflows for maximum efficiency.
Desired Candidate Profile
Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in logistics or a related field is a plus.
Holds relevant certifications such as forklift operation or warehouse management, demonstrating a commitment to industry standards.
Has 1-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, showcasing a solid understanding of warehousing processes.
Demonstrates experience in the manufacturing, retail, or distribution industries, highlighting industry-specific knowledge.
Preference will be given to candidates with strong MS Office skills and D365 ERP experience.
