Roles & Responsibilities
The mission of the Ground & Rail Dispatcher Administrator is to ensure the transport of goods in response to the specific needs of customers with a view to profitability, respect for commitments (deadlines, costs, quality), current legislation and compliance rules.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Perform the tasks requested according to the 2PL activity workflow
- Being in charge of managing a portfolio of dedicated traction providers and your allocation within your team
- Verify the legal and documentary compliance of trips made on Moroccan soil
- Responsible for the smooth transport of the trailer from the port of arrival to the final destination, as well as its return in good condition to the port of embarkation within the agreed timeframes.
- Check that the tractors and trailers are covered by all the necessary documents (transport approval, registration certificate, insurance, technical inspection)
- Communicate and inform the various internal/external stakeholders about the progress of the journey
- Apply the company's safety and security policy
- Report operational anomalies
- Accompanying the drivers
- Use the following operating systems: Planning, INES and GPS tracking systems to monitor vehicles and optimize routes.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum Bac + 3 in logistics, international transport, etc.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position in the transport and logistics sector
- Good knowledge of road freight transport in Morocco
- Mastery of regulations on international trade between Morocco and Europe
- Organization and monitoring of suppliers/service providers
- Ability to build and maintain a network

- Fluent in French and English. Spanish is a plus.
