Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Logistics Head to lead and manage multi-country logistics operations across the GCC and other regions. The role involves overseeing end-to-end supply chain activities, ensuring safe and compliant handling of chemicals, driving cost efficiencies, and leading cross-border teams.
Orchestrate end-to-end supply chain operations, optimizing processes from procurement to delivery for maximum efficiency including Multi-Country Operations
Lead and mentor a high-performing logistics team located in multiple countries, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Negotiate and manage contracts with carriers, vendors, and service providers to secure favorable terms and ensure service level agreements are met.
Develop and implement robust logistics strategies aligned with business goals, adapting to market changes and emerging technologies by Improving the visibility through real-time tracking and reporting dashboards
Desired Candidate Profile
Should have handled chemical distribution thoroughly.
Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
Holds relevant certifications such as CSCP, CLTD, or similar, demonstrating a commitment to professional development.
Demonstrates 20+ years of progressive experience in logistics and supply chain management within the Chemical industry.
Has a strong understanding of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and Incoterms.
