Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate the entire supply chain, from sourcing construction materials to their timely delivery to multiple hotel construction sites, ensuring zero delays.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and suppliers, securing the most favorable terms and pricing for all construction materials and services.
  • Develop and implement efficient logistics strategies, including warehousing, inventory management, and transportation, optimizing cost-effectiveness.
  • Oversee the coordination of all import/export activities, including customs clearance and documentation, for international material shipments.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.

  • Holds relevant certifications, such as a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or similar.

  • Demonstrates a minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in logistics, with a focus on construction projects.

  • Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., WMS, TMS) and MS Office.

  • Experience within the hospitality industry, particularly hotel construction, is highly preferred.
