Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan, organize and supervise the receiving, storage and shipping operations of products.
- Ensure optimal stock management and guarantee the accuracy of inventories.
- Optimize internal and external logistics flows.
- Coordinate the logistics teams (warehouse workers, drivers, handlers).
- Managing relationships with suppliers, carriers and logistics providers.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures, safety standards and hygiene rules.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of logistics processes.
- Managing logistics projects: warehouse redesign, digitalization...
- Provide regular reporting to the Supply Chain Management.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree (4/5 years of higher education) in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Management or equivalent.
- Proven experience (minimum 3-5 years) in a similar position.
- Proficiency in IT tools and logistics software (WMS, ERP ideally SAGE X3).
- Solid knowledge in inventory management, transportation and planning.
- Ability to lead a team and work in coordination with several departments.
- Organizational skills, leadership, autonomy and responsiveness.
