Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize and supervise the receiving, storage and shipping operations of products.
  • Ensure optimal stock management and guarantee the accuracy of inventories.
  • Optimize internal and external logistics flows.
  • Coordinate the logistics teams (warehouse workers, drivers, handlers).
  • Managing relationships with suppliers, carriers and logistics providers.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures, safety standards and hygiene rules.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of logistics processes.
  • Managing logistics projects: warehouse redesign, digitalization...
  • Provide regular reporting to the Supply Chain Management. 

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree (4/5 years of higher education) in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Management or equivalent.
  • Proven experience (minimum 3-5 years) in a similar position.
  • Proficiency in IT tools and logistics software (WMS, ERP ideally SAGE X3).
  • Solid knowledge in inventory management, transportation and planning.
  • Ability to lead a team and work in coordination with several departments.
  • Organizational skills, leadership, autonomy and responsiveness.
