Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Coordinate day-to-day operations of industrial and project shipments across multiple transportation modes (air, sea, and land). Manage customs clearance requirements and ensure compliance with local and international regulations. Oversee end-to-end shipment delivery processes to ensure on-time and cost-effective execution. Liaise with customers, vendors, carriers, and internal teams to resolve operational issues efficiently. Monitor shipment status, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to minimize delays. Provide operational support and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. SKILLS Logistics & Shipment Coordination Customs Clearance & Documentation Advanced understanding of procurement processes and sourcing strategies as well Logistics Strong skills in negotiating pricing, terms, and contracts with Freight forwarder and Agents.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 8+ years of experience preferred in EPC, O&G projects  

  • Familiarity with ERP systems.  

  • Strong knowledge of international shipping, Incoterms, customs regulations, and inventory systems.  

  • Team leading and management skills.



  1. - Shipment Coordination 

Plan, schedule, and monitor inbound and outbound (incase) shipments (sea, air, and land). 

Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery. 


  1. - Documentation Management 

Prepare and review shipping documents (B/L, invoices, packing lists, CoO, etc.). 

Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and incoterms. 


  1. - Customs & Regulatory Compliance 

Ensure all shipments meet import/export legal requirements (SASO, SABER, HS Codes, etc.). 

Work closely with clearance agents to avoid delays at borders or ports 


  1. - Vendor & supplier Liaison  

Communicate with vendors to track orders and resolve delivery issues. 

Ensure suppliers follow agreed delivery schedules and packing requirements.
