- Coordinates and registers, goods movements incoming and outgoing from the department, and issues related forms to maintain proper registration.

- Updates regularly the department s report and ensure their accuracy to reflect the status of work operation.

- Follows up on the containers loading, by ensuring their cleanliness, proper pallets stacking, container locking and its readiness to be dispatched.

- Maintains accurate reports of logistics department activities, in terms of vehicles maintenance, trucks odometers for lube change, loading timing.

- Follows up on work permits and monitors the tasks progress and reports its completion.

- Assists the Logistics and Warehouse Supervisor in allowing trucks entry to the plant premises, by answering the guards calls, and coordinating the trucks entry and distribution based on work requirements.

- Performs finished products and packed materials inventories and recording to ensure that the reports issued reflects the status of stored goods.

- Performs periodical tours in the logistics work areas to monitor the machines status and work flow and provide reports to Logistics and Warehouse Supervisor about the findings.

- Undertakes any other reasonable task requested by the management.
