Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee daily logistics operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.

  • Manage inventory levels, monitor stock movements, and conduct regular audits to maintain optimal supply.
  • Liaise with suppliers, transport companies, and internal teams to streamline the supply chain process.
  • Prepare and process shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and customs paperwork.
  • Track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Analyze logistics data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Implement and maintain best practices in warehousing, distribution, and transportation.
  • Support the planning and execution of logistics strategies for new product launches and seasonal campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities and generate regular performance reports.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations within all logistics operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2 4 years of experience in logistics, distribution , or supply chain (preferably in e-commerce).
Strong understanding of distribution workflows, inventory management.
proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
