Logistics & Operations Manager

To direct the activities of supervisors and operators deployed on the various construction sites across the national territory, ensuring the development of their performance and skills and promoting team cohesion.

• Plan, organize and optimize lifting, handling and transport operations, ensuring the efficiency and compliance of the activities of the teams involved.

• Ensuring the impeccable quality of our services, in accordance with company standards, customer expectations and the terms of the contracts that bind the company to its partners.

• Mastering and optimizing logistics and equipment movement, including transport planning, inventory management, preventive maintenance and ongoing logistical support for deployed teams.

• S ensures that all responsibilities and authorizations are covered, assigned, and effectively communicated within the team, and that the relevant documentation is prepared and implemented.

• Controls the implementation of processes and organizes corrective measures if necessary, so that employees are constantly oriented towards the strategic and operational objectives set.

• Regularly verifies and evaluates the satisfaction of internal and external stakeholders, implements and executes corrective action plans for the continuous improvement of services.

• Applies the strict project management rules adopted by the company and ensures that the direct and indirect parameters of the project are respected and monitored at all levels.

• Prepare and identify annual budget needs in logistics, potential investments in equipment and projected human resources to be mobilized.

• Ensures coordinated, harmonious and synchronized management with the central departments of the company, in order to avoid any delay, disruption or interruption of the company's operational activities.

• to be responsive, as close as possible to the teams deployed in the field, listening to their operational and logistical needs and available at all times to remove any constraint in real time.

• To act as an ambassador for the company to all stakeholders, both internal and external, and to ensure the continuation of the company's commercial and marketing policy.

Experience:

• Experience in logistics, fleet management, and leading lifting, handling, and transport operations.

• Significant experience in planning, directing and supervising multiple teams deployed simultaneously across several locations throughout the national territory and involved in missions of different natures.

Leadership:

• Ability to lead, motivate and develop multidisciplinary teams continuously and under pressure.

My mastery of logistics:

• A thorough understanding of logistics and equipment movement management is essential for this position.

Technical expertise:

• Solid knowledge of heavy and exceptional lifting, handling and transport equipment, as well as safety standards and site techniques that must be observed.
