Logistics Representative

The ideal candidate will be focus on coordinating logistics processes efficiently, with a track record of success in the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist others in managing accounts information, billing, and collections.
Coordinate pickups and deliveries.
Pay all receipts to the Drug Control Authority, Medical Stamping Authority, etc.
Receive and deliver all documents from all governmental and other entities.
Deliver documents to Customs clearance.
Verify the accuracy of warehouse receipts for received freight.
Collect all applicable documentation for import or export, including commercial invoices and packing lists.
Build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers, vendors, and carriers.
Provide excellent customer service verbally, in writing, and occasionally face-to-face.
Review transportation costs and service expectations to select optimal modes and carriers.
Identify, analyze, and recommend improvement initiatives to drive cost savings and workflow efficiencies.

Qualifications:

Relevant degrees such as Bachelor s education, Business, Management,
Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
Authorization requirements, and general billing office policies and procedures.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
