Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Specialist of Logistics to lead operational initiatives aimed at optimizing logistics operations across warehouse and transportation functions. This role is responsible for identifying opportunities for efficiency, managing cross-functional improvement projects, and supporting operational teams in delivering measurable performance gains.

The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical capabilities with hands-on logistics experience and project management skills to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across the supply chain.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze current logistics processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Implement best practices and standardized processes across warehouse and transportation operations.
  • Drive improvements in KPIs such as delivery performance, cost per shipment, warehouse productivity, and inventory accuracy.
  • Lead and manage logistics improvement projects from concept to implementation.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Monitor and report progress to senior management, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Partner with Warehouse and Transportation Managers to understand operational challenges and provide strategic support.
  • Facilitate workshops and continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
  • Support the adoption of new technologies and systems (e.g., WMS, TMS, automation tools).
  • Use data analytics to support decision-making and performance tracking.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to visualize performance trends and impact of improvement initiatives.

What you ll need to succeed

  • 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations improvement.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects and delivering tangible improvements.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse and transportation processes and systems.
  • Proficient in project management methodologies (PMP, Agile, etc.) and improvement frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and ERP/WMS/TMS systems
