Additionally, we are looking for:

• Orderbook Management: Responsible for maintaining and auditing the orderbook, ensuring alignment between production, shipping schedules, and delivery deadlines.
• Sales & CSR Partnership: Acting as the primary interface for Sales teams and Customer Service Representatives (CSRs), providing accurate status updates and managing expectations for critical orders.
• Shipment Execution: Direct handling of import/export processes, including container bookings, freight forwarder coordination, and full mastery of Incoterms and Bill of Lading (BL).
• Critical Follow-up: Specialized in monitoring "hot" or high-priority orders, troubleshooting bottlenecks to prevent delays in the supply chain.
• Financial Integration: Active participation in month-end closing activities, ensuring all shipments are correctly processed for timely revenue recognition.

The position will be based in Dubai.

Desired Experience & Tools (Plus)

• ERP/TMS: Desirable experience with SAP and Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).
• Data Analytics: Ability to develop logistics and commercial dashboards using Power BI to track KPIs and support decision-making.
